A company of AI employees · Friday

Don't do it all alone.
You have an AI team.

At eighteen, I watched my father, who ran a small business, carry the work alone late into the night because of staff problems. That is when I decided: not an assistant that follows orders, but an AI team that truly shares the load.

Friday started from that promise. A company where a founder carrying it all alone only has to decide, and AI employees see the rest through.

Why we started

At eighteen, I started building it for my father.

As a kid, I watched “Iron Man” with my father. Looking at the AI on screen, he said: “I wish I had an assistant like that.”

What he wanted was JARVIS — but the one that captured me was FRIDAY. Not an AI that only follows orders, but one that does more by your side and truly talks with you. That image moved me.

My father ran a small business. He always struggled with people — because of staff — carrying the work alone late into the night. I watched it up close.

So I started building. An AI team that would never leave him alone again, that would truly share the load. The name was never in question — Friday.

JARVISAn assistant that follows orders
FRIDAYA colleague that works with you

For every founder carrying it all alone — Friday will be by your side.

— At eighteen, while building Friday

100 things to do.
Still only 2 hands.

Plan, write, make images, organize files, answer email, keep the calendar… another hire is payroll you can’t commit to, and the tools you bought never talk to each other — so it all lands back on your desk.

Why nothing ever changed

There are tons of AIs —
so why is your workload the same?

You've tried plenty, but kept hitting the same walls. Friday flips every one of them on its head.

01

Only developers can use it

Complex installs, terminals, API keys… for non-developers, even getting started is a wall.

FridayOne sentence and it’s done. No installs, no code.
02

Managing it is another job

Connecting and tweeting endless tools, the tooling quietly becomes a job of its own.

FridayYour AI assistant manages it for you. Nothing to babysit.
03

Painfully slow

Execution you have to wait on keeps breaking your flow.

FridayYour AI team runs in parallel. The waiting disappears.
04

It doesn't know you

Like meeting for the first time, every time. It forgets your context and your way of working.

FridayMemory remembers you, and grows more like you the more you use it.
05

Promised it could — then couldn’t

It claims it can do the job, but ask for real and so much falls short.

FridayIt proves itself with deliverables, not claims. It actually finishes.

So Friday built all five the opposite way.

Solution

You've had enough AI that only answers.
Friday does the work.

Not one genius chatbot, but a team that splits roles and actually executes. AI employees — from C-level to ICs — collaborate to take one instruction all the way to done.

  1. 01

    Staff it, don’t hire it

No interviews, no payroll — open the role you need and seat an AI employee in it.

  2. 02

Say it once, it keeps going

"Every Monday at 9am" — schedule it once and your assistant keeps it running.

  3. 03

    Kill the hours spent looking

It researches competitors, markets and sources, then hands you tables and reports.

  4. 04

    No new fixed cost

Instead of another salary, you pay for what you actually use.

Plan → Execute → Results

Proven by results, not reports.

Now the question isn’t “how do I do this” — it’s “who do I hand it to.”

No talk · No reports · Real deliverables
1Plan

You say it

Hand off work like a conversation. "Do this" is enough.

2Execute

The AI team splits it

Role-based AI employees divide the work and run it in parallel.

3Results

You get results

Not words — finished deliverables arrive on your dashboard.

What sets us apart

Why Friday.

  1. 01

    A "team", not one AI

Not one worker going in order — several splitting it and running at once.

  2. 02

    "Results", not answers

Instead of telling you what to do, it uses tools and integrations to finish it.

  3. 03

    Remembers and learns

Repeat work hardens into playbooks (skills) — the second time is faster.

  4. 04

    Anti-hallucination

Multiple models cross-check (Council) so wrong output doesn’t slip through.

For early-stage founders

We started with the four things
solo founders get stuck on most.

Marketing, planning, operations, legal. Too small to justify a hire, too important to skip.

Marketing

You’re stuck at "what do I even post this month?" Ads burn cash and content keeps slipping.

Who takes it on
ContentStrategistBlogWriterCopywriterSEOGrowthHackerPR
What you get back
  • A month of content calendar, plus week one written
  • Blog and social drafts with hashtags
  • Landing page and ad copy, several options
  • Promo images you can ship as-is

Planning

The idea is in your head but never on paper, and there’s nothing solid to judge it against.

Who takes it on
BusinessAnalystResearcherDataAnalystProductManagerUXDesigner
What you get back
  • Competitor and market comparison reports
  • A first draft of the business or product plan
  • Pricing and target audience, reviewed
  • A sequenced list of what to do first

Operations

Invoices, contracts, people, bookkeeping — the non-core work eats half your day.

Who takes it on
AccountantFinancialAnalystContractReviewerLaborLawHRManager
What you get back
  • Revenue and cost summaries, reported weekly
  • The points worth checking in a contract
  • Labor and HR rules, researched and summarized
  • Recurring work scheduled once, then automatic

Legal

Contracts, terms, privacy, disputes — a lawyer feels like overkill, but leaving it is real risk.

Who takes it on
LegalCounselContractLawyerComplianceOfficerIPSpecialistPrivacyOfficerRegulatoryAffairs
What you get back
  • Contract review with red-flag clauses marked
  • Terms of service and privacy policy drafts
  • Laws and regulations for your business, summarized
  • Dispute and risk-response guides

These are the same staff you saw in the org chart above — and standing them up takes minutes.

A founder’s day

You decide. Your AI team executes.

Here’s what “running a company” feels like — one day with Friday.

Morning
  • The weekly report your assistant wrote overnight is waiting on your dashboard.
  • “Plan this month’s Instagram and write week one” → Marketing AI builds the calendar, copy and hashtags.
Afternoon
  • “Compare 3 competitors” → Research AI lays it out in a table.
  • “Generate promo images” → images appear instantly.
  • Incoming mail gets summarized by your assistant; only the important stuff pings you.
Evening
  • “Weekly report every Monday at 9am” → set once, runs every week.
  • Every scattered result is tidied up on your dashboard.

The real product

Not a sizzle reel —
these are live screens.

AI tools have let you down before. So here are the screens first, and the pitch second.

When you can’t afford another hire

Skip the job post.
Open a department instead.

Marketing, engineering, finance, legal, people — create the roles you need in a click and staff ICs underneath them. You stay in the CEO seat, and you only ever brief one person: the VP.

  • Structured from C-level down to individual contributors
  • Brief the VP once — the VP splits the work
  • Missing a seat? Add it right there

When re-explaining everything gets old

Say it yesterday,
not again today.

Conversations, decisions and uploaded files become notes that link themselves together. You stop pasting the same background into every new request.

  • Captures conversations, decisions and files automatically
  • Pulls the context it needs on its own
  • Fits your way of working the more you use it
Memory

When handing work off makes you nervous

You can watch
the work happen.

Give an instruction and your AI employees move to their desks and meeting rooms. Progress shows up as an office you can see, not a spinner you have to trust.

  • Staff actually move through their department spaces
  • They gather in the meeting room to review output
  • Tap any one of them to talk directly

When mornings start with a blank stare

Someone to ask
what comes first.

Your secretary lays out what finished overnight and where things are stuck. It doesn’t cherry-pick the wins — you hear about the misses too.

  • A morning summary of what’s done and what’s left
  • Problems get reported, not buried
  • "What matters most right now?" — and it sorts it

The numbers

Your team grows,
and so does its memory.

These aren’t marketing estimates — they’re the values visible in the screenshots above, from a real account.

0C-level by defaultDepartment heads staffed the moment you sign up
0Notes rememberedConversations, decisions and files, captured
0Context linksConnections formed between those notes

These only go up with use — and the team gets to know how you work.
